It's an intriguing option to have when looking at someone's profile, but what is it meant to be good for?

I'm not sure... public declarations of vengeance, perhaps?
I'll find out how to remove it... it's not conducive to right speech is it?
[EDIT: I have disabled it. I may appear for a little while due to caching issues, but it shouldn't be functional]

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

Thecap is correct, it seems to be an "ignore list" and even whilst I'm not a big fan of the concept of having "Foes", I do respect the prerogative of some users to "ignore" the posts of others, so this function has now been reinstated.
