Stages of the Path

Postby Dmytro » Sat Oct 16, 2010 8:22 pm

Greetings,

I remember reading a book where the descriptions of the stages of the Path, such as:

- sense-control;
- moderation in eating;
- vigilance;
- overcoming of the five hindrances, etc.

( See http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka ... .horn.html )

were compiled and compared on the basis of many suttas.

If someone would kindly point out the title of this book, that would be most helpful.

Hello Dmytro,

This is not what you are looking for, but Michael Olds on the old Buddha Dust site years ago did some compilations:

The site may be worth a look ..........
