I did it!

I started eating really healthy right after my 4th baby in April, 2010. At the 6 month mark post partum I'd lost 65lbs! I did P90X and started running 10 weeks post delivery. But now I've taken it to the next level!!

I've gone raw/vegan! I'm loving it! This is just my third day now, but I already love how I feel more in touch with myself! Love it!

Congratulations on the baby and the weight loss.

That is extremely impressive! Congrats.

If you are going raw/vegan consult a nutritional expert to ensure you are getting a balanced diet, you may need to supplement heavily to gain the appropriate balance.

Thank you! For my protein I soak nuts and seeds prior to eating/making yogurts with them! I also drink Shakeology (www.shakeology.com/fitnessremix) as it contains a whole combination of amazing foods! I feel absolutely radiant and energetic! I'm loving it! Not to mention the mental clarity it's been giving me as well - really helping on the positive and love aspect of things!!
