Hi
I found a curious reference to the 'Library and Archives of Buddhism' in a lonely planet guide. According to their travel guide, it is situated under the western arch of Shwedagon Paya. I'm interested in finding out more about it and, if you have been there, your impressions.
kind regards

Ben
Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

Taṃ nadīhi vijānātha:
sobbhesu padaresu ca,
saṇantā yanti kusobbhā,
tuṇhīyanti mahodadhī.
