To me, focusing on breath can help to remove distracting thoughts, by not giving them any attention. Even if I need to focus on something else, still giving attention to breath just as much as needed to remove it from such thoughts can help. Where do you sit to do meditation?
Is using bed room ok to do sitting meditation?
I prefer sitting on grass in the open along with trees and nature but i live in bangkok. And the nearest place i can think of is puttamonthon but its currently closed due to covid.
