Re: married but separated?

However prostitution is not listed as wrong livelihood. It also has to separate the prostitute and the client. According to Abhidhamma any sexual activity is unwholesome. (Akusala) Then the Akusala action can be carried with attachment, aversion or ignorance. It is not that clear cut. So if...

Re: married but separated?

So prostitution itelf is clearly wrong livelihood. Bhante Moggallāna said, “This morning, friend, as I was coming down from the Gijjhakūṭa Mountain, I saw a skinless female ghost moving through the air. Vultures, crows, and hawks were chasing after her. They were stabbing her and tearing her apart....

I'm only slightly joking. It's a serious question mostly. What you are framing as "the natural" is more like the Dào than the Buddhadhamma, to me at least.
Perhaps.

Re: Craving for Non-Existence is not really a bad thing…

Hmmm so which type of craving will lead me to rebirth in the arupa realms? Perhaps the craving for subtler experiences. But the rupa jhanas are already in the suttas said to be very subtle… ;) If you had to answer with the three cravings The Buddha mention, which one? Sensual, Existence or Non-Exis...

Craving for non-existence = Arupaloka! The 4 Arupa Jhanas… :)
Arupaloka is not non-existence as they still have space, consciousness, etc as the object.

Re: Risk of taking vaccine jab

I believe the Astra-Zeneca vaccine is the only one going the traditional route and immunizing by infecting the human with a weakened or non-functioning version of the virus. This is not true the way I understand. My understanding is AZ is also a manipulated virus inject into monkeys? or something. ...

Re: Mission prior to full devotion?

What you need before Saddha (faith or devotion) is the experience of suffering.
Once you know that existence is suffering and we all striving for liberation you will look for a genuine liberation.

Are views form? Including the right view? If so must any kimd of view including right view be abandoned? :anjali: Yes once you attain you discard all views even the right view. However, this does not mean that when you attain Nibbana you have the wrong view. When you see that the five clinging-aggr...

To me natural means. even if I do not anything and just sit doing nothing, I will eventually get somewhere.
Just like a homeless person. Say nothing, do nothing just eat something, and sleep.

I think it is important to find a wife with a broad-minded outlook towards religions.
If you find a non-Buddhist wife you may face a lot of conflicts.
