This poor fellow, apparently a former murderer, had robes, but the Buddha also had actual lay men and women disciples who did not, as far as we now, kill people.

Greetings, An interesting collection of outcomes from recent studies.. This appears to be fraudulent. As the drugs in question have severe side effects including death, please do not rely on this. This drug for Malaria used for many decades. In my opinion, this could be harmless even if it is taken...

Sitting though has tremendous value. Please start with what you can do in a good stable posture and gradually build up. I used a free meditation timer on my phone to gradually and slowly extend sitting time. The body adjusts to slow and consistent practice.

I heard one old Buddhist mediation teacher say yawning was good; you yawn because your body needs oxygen and yawning satisfies that need. I have no idea if this is physiologically correct.
