Re: Americas new segregationists are on the left.
Isn't the internet pretty highly censored in Thailand? Any inferences from what's posted on facebook can't be too strong to suggest political viewpoint.

Re: Ringo has been knighted!
Ringo was the funniest Beatle too, just watch them messing around in those old interviews which were conducted so formally.
Don't forget the influence of George Martin either, he played on numerous tracks and wrote much of the orchestral and backing parts.
My favourite band too!

I'm no great Zionist, but I'm not sure how ignorance of the extent or objectives of Nazi antisemitic violence in the 1930s figures in this narrative. Unless you're suggesting that's part of a greater scheme to promote violence.

Re: not pooping everyday
The normal medical range is roughly once every three days to three times a day. However, any major change in bowel habit should be investigated if it's not simply down to a change in diet or minor infection.

Just use a dating website and filter by religion or search for keyword Buddhist. As long as you're in a large enough city there is almost definitely other meditators/Buddhists about.

You can get very far with no equipment at all. I've met guys in prison who only do press ups, pullups, dips in different variations and are ripped/huge.

Re: Facts VS fiction: Buddhist themes in Yuval Noah Harari's writings
I'm halfway through Homo Deus which has pretty much been a recap of the first book. Not that I'm disappointed as it's still a great read. Christopher Titmuss doesn't seem too keen https://www.christophertitmussblog.org/homo-deus-a-brief-history-of-tomorrow-by-yuval-noah-harari-a-critique although I ...

Re: Trump turns Boy Scouts event into political rally
I'm no Trump fan, but any Hitler or Nazi comparisons are absurd and merely detract from any kind of serious political discussion or criticism of Trump's ridiculous approach.

Re: Practioners of Thanisarro's Meditation Method - What Is Different?
Thank you for those explanations. They confirm some of my experiences. I think I also get a bit hung up on perceiving some of the sensations I experience probably being associated with blood flow rather than the breath itself. Then of course the changes in blood flow associated with inspiration and ...
