I read the English translation many years ago. I found it very tough going. Then I got hold of it in Pali, and I was stunned by the clearness and beauty of the text.

I met Douglas Harding at workshops at the Buddhist Society Summer School 1972. He had invented some practical exercises for discovering the "no face", and he taught those with lots of humor. I found him very inspiring.
