by the way that israel regime act in settlement building, i feel like if they could they would do that in any other country and ask the the citizens to move or in some way work for them !!

in thailand, usually they ask you do not sit for more that an hour, and try to do walking meditation also, maybe this is for beginners but honestly it is hard to sit for one hour!!!
but in geonka retreats they sit more that one hour

i was reading about him, it looks like he is going to take a public teaching place in near future, and i just amazed with his non stop sitting for a period of 4 days.

i think it is possible to find a monastery in thailand that you like, i think the problem is you have more options in thailand than malaysia!!

i was interested to knew some buddhism followers view about his death. i dont know about buddhism view but i'm happy with this, although i'll never believe 9 11 was planned by him, but that wont change my feeling.

is this wholesome quality? is this mindfulness? maybe this definition was intended in pali dictionary as sati?2. conscious of oneself or one's own being.
