Thank you sis. But I am actually looking for a sutta when the Buddha mentioned four types of clinging , of which one is to relatives, like one belonging to a certain clan and so on. Sis? I'm assuming "Sir", or a close family connection, bro. Hahaha. That is how I addressed a fellow lady B...

Can anyone help me? Do you remember in which suttas where the Buddha mentioned these? I remember one of the last was about relatives.

But who says dreams are delusions? If it's a bodily function then it's just a physical reaction too.
Awaken people do not dream.

There are full details on the training method of mindfulness of breathing in the suttas. Why would you want to use a new method? Possibly because people are putting their faith elsewhere rather than in the Buddha's teachings. There is even a sutta that the Buddha taught if done correctly and still ...
