Hello dear buddhists ! :buddha1: I am happy to found this forum and i would like to get new friends here, feel free to write messages to me. I started practice meditation daily some months ago. I would like new buddhist friends. I have few. Who would like talking in private messages? :heart: :hug:

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
