Hello

Post by Umangi »

I am Umangi. I am new to Dhamma and happy to find this community.
I have been practicing Vipassana and it has helped me relate to my daily life better and I feel more calm than before.

Mostly after my 10 days Vipassana center practice I practice alone.
The idea of community thinking on similar lines is important to me so I am here.

Regards to all,
Umangi

Welcome!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
