Hello!

Post by Zenny »

Hi all. I am a zen practitioner interested in discussing and critiquing various religious and secular beliefs. I have studied various religions and philosophies and worked in mental health fields.
My main interest is meditation and its application to everyday life and martial arts.
I feel Meditation is the key that unites all spiritual paths.
I dislike group think and dogma.
Peace.

Welcome!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
