Hi everyone 👋

Post by boldnesz »

Hi there,

Just wanted to say hello. I'm French, 27 years old and met the dhamma a few years ago while in a vipassana retreat in France. I experienced jhana (which I didn't know back then thhat it was it), which pushed me to know more about Buddhism. The jhana was by far the strangest and happiest experience I had in my life.

Since then, I'm educating myself more and more on the topic of Buddhism in the theravada tradition.

Metta to you all 🙏🙏🙏

Welcome!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
