What's new?

Post by Nobodyisspecial »

Hi,
I have made a bunch of posts on vipassana understanding from reading what teachers have said and working on enlightenment on my own.

I disagree that a personal teacher and instructor is necessary. But I do have conviction that absorbing teaching (the dhamma) is necessary.

I look at the dhammawheel.com and see a meditation manual. Spirituality makes life very interesting. Ordinary life might not be interesting without a pursuit of meaning and answers.

The end of suffering is the goal which is by the eightfold path. The eightfold path teaches the goalless goal which is realizing that nothing is lasting satisfaction. The formula is: end desire to end craving to end our appetites that lead to more replication of our hunger.

Meditate and find peace,
Thank you
