Online text to speech, easier way to read suttas.

Post by JC938 »

Hi,

I just found this site - https://www.naturalreaders.com/online/

You paste text in, one paragraph at a time and click play and it will read it out for you. I find it easier using it to read suttas.

Hope it's useful to you.

Hi JC938,

Do note that https://suttacentral.net/ has a speech option, for a variety of modern languages, and Pali. Look for the speaker sign at the top of the suttas.

My favorite is the @Voice app by Hyperionics. I just open the PDF or epub or mobi or txt and listen to the whole thing.

This has gotten me through hundreds of books while I'm at work.
