Are all these three "uppàda, tithi, bhanga" found in Tipitaka?

One of the Sri Lankan monks said that the "tithi" is a commentary and Abhidhamma addition and Buddha talked only about the "Uppada and Bhanga"

I know Sutta talks about tithi & uppada. Unlikely Sutta refers to bhanga.

Cannabis, Cannabis sativa Vin.i.58. Cannabis is a tall annual herb with broad spear-shaped leaves with serrated edges and which emits a particular odor. Steam from cannabis leaves boiled in water was used as a sweating treatment for sore limbs and rheumatism
My impression is one of the Sri Lankan monks said that the "Bhanga" is a commentary and Abhidhamma addition and Buddha talked only about the "Uppada and "Tithi". I think one of the Sri Lankan SarathW said that the "tithi" is a commentary and Abhidhamma addition and Buddha talked only about the "Uppada and Bhanga".

There is always an official executioner. If you try to take his place, It is like trying to be a master carpenter and cutting wood. If you try to cut wood like a master carpenter, you will only hurt your hand.
