buddhadust.net and obo.genaud.net are where you can find pretty much everything from the pali canon with multiple translators in most cases
i've been using it as i find it the most comprehensive place to find suttas
i dont know if the site will be able to stay up, or who to contact?

no i'm not in contact, and i dont know him very well but i have appreciated his site for years. fortunately, it's available to download it here https://obo.genaud.net/resources/download/bulk.htm
