1. No, no sutta so far I had read said Human realm is only on earth.

2. Consider this sutta: https://suttacentral.net/an3.80/en/suja ... ript=latin

It seems that each world system is one solar system, of which each solar system has their own set of devas. So, if devas are physical aliens, they at most can be at other planets within the solar system. Or if we interpret a world system as the sphere of range of one solar system where there's life (moon being needed to help make the planet habitable), say if (human) life only appears every 1000 light years sphere of a star, then maybe (our) devas can inhabit other planets within 1000 light years of our solar system.

It's a very vague thing to compare world system to cosmological/ astronomical structures. Maybe a world system is the whole observable universe! Maybe not.

The blog linked above is my attempt at asking what could devas be, given current knowledge of physics. My preference now is: totally magical beings outside of current science.

I notice the Buddha human realms at his moments are confined to India. He did not mention China or Greece that is also having great civilization at the same time.

Why didn't he fly to Greece and China to teach some directly?

I think most likely he can't speak other languages and he is physically confined to India.
