Even a cursory familiarity with any one of the yanas of the Buddhist tradition would tell you this is nonsense from a new religious cult. Why waste your time?

The Buddha said that he held nothing back - no closed fist - in his teaching. So, according to Buddhism, no. It's a teaching about Buddhism, but it's not a Buddhist teaching.
