Prompted/unprompted cittas in the suttanta

As I said before if you just think of killing it is Asankharika.
If you really kill someone it is Sasankharika.
I may be wrong however this was confirmed by an Abhidhamma teacher.
I like to know what Ven. Dhammanado thinks in this case.
