All of the sudden planet earth doesn't seem too harsh...

"He, the Blessed One, is indeed the Noble Lord, the Perfectly Enlightened One;
He is impeccable in conduct and understanding, the Serene One, the Knower of the Worlds;
He trains perfectly those who wish to be trained; he is Teacher of gods and men; he is Awake and Holy. "

"The Dhamma is well-expounded by the Blessed One,
Apparent here and now, timeless, encouraging investigation,
Leading to liberation, to be experienced individually by the wise. "

That’s awesome :jumping:

Saying that, Venus can be pretty hellish too.
“Knowing that this body is just like foam,
understanding it has the nature of a mirage,
cutting off Māra’s flower-tipped arrows,
one should go beyond the King of Death’s sight.”

They say women are from Venus. We should ask about the sulfuric acid rain.

In Buddhist reference, King Yama is said to preside over Pluto, where evil souls go for punishment. It is not considered a "hell" planet, but a planet of punishment, although there are certain hells located on that planet to punish certain miscreants.

Let's all seek Enlightenment!

Yamarāj has, of course, never ruled over Pluto. Pluto is not where evil souls go. Pluto figures neither in Indian astrology nor Indian cosmology. Furthermore, the "Buddhist reference" is not substantiated by the linked article.
What is the Uncreated?
Sublime & free, what is that obscured Eternity?
It is the Undying, the Bright, the Isle.
It is an Ocean, a Secret: Reality.
Both life and oblivion, it is Nirvāṇa.

And, men are from Mars. And, there're no such things as Martian diseases; only Venereal ones. So, sounds quite probable :lol:

This sutta intrigued me:
AN 4.127 wrote:When the being intent on awakening passes away from the host of Joyful Gods, he’s conceived in his mother’s womb, mindful and aware. And then—in this world with its gods, Māras and Brahmās, this population with its ascetics and brahmins, gods and humans—an immeasurable, magnificent light appears, surpassing the glory of the gods. Even in the boundless desolation of interstellar space—so utterly dark that even the light of the moon and the sun, so mighty and powerful, makes no impression—an immeasurable, magnificent light appears, surpassing the glory of the gods. And the sentient beings reborn there recognize each other by that light: ‘So, it seems other sentient beings have been reborn here!’ This is the first incredible and amazing thing that appears with the appearance of a Realized One.
The commentaries say this is a "world-interval hell", "lokantarikanirayo".
Eyes downcast, not footloose,
senses guarded, with protected mind,
not oozing — not burning — with lust,
wander alone
like a rhinoceros.

See, Ānanda! All those conditioned phenomena have passed, ceased, and perished. So impermanent are conditions, so unstable are conditions, so unreliable are conditions. This is quite enough for you to become disillusioned, dispassionate, and freed regarding all conditions.

The slightest of all the results coming from telling falsehoods is that, when one becomes a human being, it leads to being falsely accused.

Trump is Gautama Buddha. Haha. I'm serious. I know Him well and I've done a lot of meditation on the subject. Meditate on it yourself if you haven't figured it out yet, though I know a lot of you have. I know. We live in a funny world. I'll explain Trump: He's here to make us laugh. Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!
