Digital Pali Reader and Windows 11

Post by nowheat »

My old computer fried, new computer came with Windows 11 installed, now the DPR isn't working very well. The appearance has changed, which is odd (menus on the right instead of left), text search doesn't work anymore, and there are no Preferences offered. Not sure if it's Windows, the newest version of DPR that I downloaded from Sourceforge, or me. I'm reasonably computer savvy but no programmer nor wizard. Wondering if anyone else has it running on Windows 11, and whether it works well or has issues.

Thanks for any help and advice.

Are you downloading from here?
https://sourceforge.net/projects/digitalpali/

That looks to be more than 7 years old.

Now the DPR is a web app.

There is an option to save it for offline use.

Yes, that's where I downloaded it from. Thank you so much for the link to the online version! Downloading it now, and updating the link to it on my blog.
