But I'm interested in learning other styles and especially hearing audio samples.
Anyone recommend good articles on the subject? But audio samples are more important, it's hard to understand a verbal description without hearing it.
Doesn't have to be Theravada Buddhist only. I've been listening to some gregorian chants, ave maria nun chanting, just to see if I can figure out what they're doing, whether any of the musical patterns are used specifically to aid in memorizing sacred text, rather than just being musically/spiritually inspirational and aesthetically pleasing.
