I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "explain" here, but your title is three different cases of the noun "Bhagavant", meaning "blessed", or "fortunate one". Bhagavā is in the nominative, Bhagavati is in the locative, and Bhagavantam is in the accusative.

The passage means something like:

1) The Worthy One, the perfectly self-enlightened and Blessed One, to the Buddha, the Blessed One, I pay homage.

2) The Dhamma, well-expounded by the Blessed One, I bow to the Dhamma.

3) The Blessed One's disciples, who have practised well, I bow to the Sangha.

Yes you are right i should have asked ,
how those words were used differently !
Btw , perfectly (self) englightened for sammasambuddha is incorrect , according to assaji , it should be just perfectly comprehended (or enlightened ).

Thks

In your first sentence, 'Bhagavantaṃ' is accusative case, it is the object of the verb.
In the second, 'Bhagavatā' is instrumental case, how the action is performed.
("by the Blessed One")
In the third, Bhagavato is genitive, the disciples "of the Blessed One".

So the role the word plays in the sentence determines the case used.
