Hi Asahi,

"Nirujjhanti" is a verb meaning "cease". "Nirodhā", from the same root, is a noun meaning "cessation".

The form nirodhā is the noun nirodha in either the nominative plural (cessations) or the ablative singular (from cessation, because of cessation).

Phassanirodhā vedanānirodho.

"Because of cessation of contact [there is] cessation of feeling."
Yena yena hi maññanti,
tato taṃ hoti aññathā.

In whatever way they conceive it,
It turns out otherwise.
