at what stage.. all fears/phobia ends forever?

in 4 stage enlightment, fear of death or fear of external threats to one's 5 aggregates or fear of water, snakes, tigers, false accusations etc like this fear ends at what stage? sotpanna, sakadami, anagami or arhant only?

The non-returner and arahant has eliminated greed and fear/anger. That's where there is no more anxiety and fear left over.
The others have lesser degrees of fear and greed.

"There are these ten fetters. Which ten? Five lower fetters & five higher fetters. And which are the five lower fetters? Self-identity views, uncertainty, grasping at precepts & practices, sensual desire, & ill will. These are the five lower fetters. And which are the five higher fetters? Passion for form, passion for what is formless, conceit, restlessness, & ignorance. These are the five higher fetters. And these are the ten fetters."

Sotapatti. Anxiety is removed and one is left with alertness (without fear) because the aggregates are still subject to damage.

Only Arahants are free from fear. Because they are eliminated all forms of Bhava Tanha

Good householder, although fear might arise for one who has reached the stream, reason for it, a falling downwardly, falling away, is already abound and to stay reminded it's good to dwell with equal or more advanced.

Of cause it's right that only if having done the whole task, all roots are removed, which would let further becomings, of any kind, arise. Done the desk, what would be left to fear? So may one not abound helpful fears till the deathless, and recognize useless fears let go of them fast for a most straight walk on.
