Seems like a great resource but as others have said currently just an index so I've fired off an email to them to see what they say, perhaps it's just an oversight.

Should probably add the following new tipitaka, atta, tika study website with
  • full text search
    multiple scripts support
    dictionary lookup in multiple languages
    offline apps for Windows/Mac/Linux
to the list of pali resource websites

The Chaṭṭha Saṅgāyana Tipiṭaka was updated in May 2020 with some corrections to the texts.
