Hi, everyone!
What are the three most valuable things you've learned from the Theravada tradition? (They could be anything.)
What are the three most valuable texts you've read in the tradition?
Please interpret the word "valuable" however you'd like to.

From MN 82
Atāṇo loko – The world offers no refuge.
Assako loko – The world has nothing of its own.
Ūno loko – The world is not enough.
The Dīgha and Majjhima Nikāyas, and the Dhammapada.
Or, if you want it narrowed down...
DN 15, MN 22, and the Dhammapada's Brāhmaṇavagga.
Yena yena hi maññanti,
tato taṃ hoti aññathā.
In whatever way they conceive it,
It turns out otherwise.
(Sn. 588)

1. Awareness or observation is an awesome baseline modus operandi to have all day and when I want to think I think then when I'm done I can go back to being aware. 2. Doing good clears up negativity from your mind. 3. You can have hope that you can create a happy future. Your personality is not set in stone. 1. Sevitabbasevitabba sutta . Mahasatipatthana sutta . Rahula sutta.
Take care of mindfulness and mindfulness will take care of you.

The clinging aggregates are marked by:
1. Dukkha
2. Anicca
3. Anatta
Ie. “knowledge and vision of things as they really are”
Suttas:
1. AN 9.36 - Jhana Sutta
2. SN 12.23 - Vital Conditions Sutta
3. SN 1.2 - Liberation Sutta

2. SN 12.23 - Vital Conditions Sutta
3. SN 1.2 - Liberation Sutta
Like the three marks of conditioned existence, this world in itself is filthy, hostile, and crowded
