I've been thinking about adding chant to my practice for some time and am not sure where to begin. On Youtube I found a chant called Itipiso 108 that sounds simple enough for me to learn and yet my internet searching hasn't turned up any transliterated text. So, not really knowing anything about this subject I ask:
1.) Would this be an appropriate chant to try on my own?
2.) If so, where can I find what they are chanting in western characters (with translation)?
