If it would be given toward the Sangha, Parisa, one could even make use of it. Not so of course if, if good, traded and surely for the increase of wrong view if such "flowers" are even provided by Bhikkhus, yet not even given, not own...

It's not so good to praise of what is worthy to be blamed, and so take care.

Sri Lankans (even I) never believed this story of tsunami (one thousand years ago) until we experienced tsunami in 2004.
The story is that the king killed an Arahant in a pot of boiling oil after incorrectly suspecting the Arahant had an affair with the queen.
The gods punish the king by a way of tsunami.
