I'll take eggs for protein or maybe plant protein.

But it is really hard to gain mass this way...

My diet is 'whatever-is-culturally-conditioned'-ism.

Nectar of the gods is not an option? I think this is a rigged election. Secure and hold the servers for us to investigate.

I prioritize organic unprocessed and was a vegetarian for 30+ years but now have wild catch fish 2-3 times a week not expressly killed for me.

I grow mangos, banana's, figs, star fruit, guava, kumquat, Jamaican berries and avocados but not enough for self sufficiency.

The Swami Salad:

Escarole
red kidney beans
onions
garlic
provolone cheese
tomatoes
hot cherry peppers
olive oil
balsamic vinegar

Smoothie Formulas based on SSQQ Naturopathic Food Healing, Jeff Primack

David Wolfe recipes

Organic musli loaded with fruit, bee pollen, sesame tahini and cacao with different nut milks.

As far as my dietary history is concerned, there are a few categories missing for me.

Early life from childhood I was mostly and omnivore.

Recently due to chronic kidney, diabetes, cardiovascular disease issues I have migrated to vegetarianism, fruitarian, and fish.

That's in the past. This is about the here-and-now, present time.

Good to see you back! Where have you been?

DNS: " Where have you been?"

Thanks for noticing. :console: Hiking the secular path for a time. Still recovering from the sad loss of Bhante' Samahita.

Recently ran across Bhikkhu Pesala's missive and decided it was time to come home. :toast: :toast:
