Hello I want to ask, which type of practice could you recommend?
I hesitate between practice described in:
1. "Breath by Breath" - Larry Rosenberg
2. "Buddha's Map: His Original Teachings on Awakening Ease and Insight in the Heart of Meditation" - Doug Kraft
I read both and i like them. I have few years meditation practice but not regular and I want to start practice more seriously.
General discussion of issues related to Theravada Meditation, e.g. meditation postures, developing a regular sitting practice, skillfully relating to difficulties and hindrances, etc.
