Ie. the task is complete.
what you mean by release all passion from the heart?

Do you mean when you are deluded by some activity, then when you come aware, you can remove this delusion and as a consequence the sensual activity loses its meaning and comes dry?
if so then it just a start, not task done, a prerequisite for practice what isn't infested by delusion.
The heart clings to darkness. The heart clings to dukkha; anicca; and anatta.

One must know this to be able to let it go.

Fanciful sayings about the mysteries of the heart are rooted in truth.

There is always much to learn about the heart.

When the Buddha says “heart’s release” - it isn’t just a fanciful saying.
problem is .. what you mean by 'heart clings to darkness'? what is light then? there is nothing to check on if we are thinking about the same thing.
heart=ceto=sankhāra.
It would be weird to think if you talk about the physical heart, since when heart has any way to know what is darkness? logically it would be eyes.
Perhaps you mean darkness=ignorance?

why is ceto clinging to ignorance? wouldn't instead ceto itself being ignorant?

After 1 hour i change the position.

One hour is too little for me.
I try my best
