Speech, by far. I indulge in alcohol sometimes but not to the point of heedlessness.

Do you meditate on the 32 parts of the body to counter lustful thoughts? Or Sattipathanna if you follow Mahasi Sayadaw tradition.

No .. i ttied 32 parts didnt work or i didnt try properly

Now what i do is just know the process of how lust comes and how its delusion and bait and when i know this naturally i dont crave it ... i do it again and again

Excellent, may you find the end of suffering 😌🙏

I hope this practice is motivated through a will for renunciation and not aversion towards sex and relationships.

Often I wish I could go to bed and just never wake up again. Even bad dreams aren't as difficult as real life.

I'm celibate (relatively easy for me), but I still am delusional with sexual self-pleasure (not going to be embarrassed to say it).

I don't drink...never have, nor have I ever taken drugs. Grateful for that.

Right Speech .... I need a lot of work, but I made a lot of progress, especially online. I still rant against certain people I don't like, and say stupid and ugly things. When I'm impatient and angry, my mouth can get ugly.

May we all follow the precepts of the Holy Buddha.

:anjali:
May we all fulfill our deepest wish for happiness

We are already Buddha

I have carpenter ants in my house and they're eating the wood in the walls. Been going on for years and feel like I need an exterminator. So the killing precept has been difficult for me.

This has gotten a lot easier for me over time. Have you recently given it up?

Not really. I think the cravings are genetic. MY parents drink a lot.

All is easy for me.
Because, I'm fasting regularly.

What mean sleeping?
