I do not do sitting meditation.
However, I wake up almost every day at about 4.00am. Then I contemplate on my breath lying down. Sometimes I contemplate attachment and aversion of my mind. This goes till about 6.00am Then I get up and do a few minutes of walking meditation.

It's best to get up as early as possible, but not so early that you spend the rest of the day walking about like a zombie. Having got up, the best time is after a cup of tea and a shower, but before breakfast.

I've recently been watching some Sadhguru videos. I like them. He is pretty wise and interesting.

Preferably after I've woken up
"If only it were all so simple! If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?"
