I do not do sitting meditation.
However, I wake up almost every day at about 4.00am. Then I contemplate on my breath lying down. Sometimes I contemplate attachment and aversion of my mind. This goes till about 6.00am Then I get up and do a few minutes of walking meditation.

It's best to get up as early as possible, but not so early that you spend the rest of the day walking about like a zombie. Having got up, the best time is after a cup of tea and a shower, but before breakfast.

I've recently been watching some Sadhguru videos. I like them. He is pretty wise and interesting.

Preferably after I've woken up

that is because he use personal experience and logic like buddha so he is also successful in his spiritual journey but he never produced one enlightened induvidual unlike buddhas sassana which produced more than 1000s of arhants
