Kasiṇa Meditation Guide

For those interested there is a good online guide to Kasiṇa meditation which draws on a few sources: https://media.voog.com/0000/0037/7838/f ... 0TOIM..pdf
“Knowing that this body is just like foam,
understanding it has the nature of a mirage,
cutting off Māra’s flower-tipped arrows,
one should go beyond the King of Death’s sight.”

You’re welcome. My only contention would the the recommendation to focus on the retinal after image which fades. That isn’t the object of concentration. The concept is.

I will have to look at the great pdf book written by a PhD. Thank you. Any thoughts on the possibility of lite kasinas? With no appearance of kasina visualizations but make jhana feel unique when attempting kasina practice? Kind of seeking some spiritual direction... Kind of seeking verification... Thanks for any comment. Looks like a great book ...
