Hi Sam Vara,

I came across your post while researching what's out there that had been written about the Jhanas and Arupas for my research.
I'm a meditation practitioner from a Vietnamese Tradition. The question you asked about Arupa Jhana I do know. But as practitioners from our tradition, we are forbidden to talk about their details in public, only privately to another practitioner on the path. If you have questions and are a dedicated meditation practitioner who has successfully stabilized the 4th Jhana and wishes to progress further, I'll happily answer your question in private. If you are not a practitioner seeking this information for intellectual curiosity or debate. I'm forbidden by my teacher and tradition to answer them.
