Metta to all,
I've done S.N.Goenkaji's 10 day Vipassana course,
Can you help with the stages/checkpoints on the path with keywords for stages/checkpoints, from beginner to............. higher stages
Example - first the meditator will reach this stage/checkpoint then this and so on.......
This is a request so that I keep myself motivated/inspired to keep working everyday - because after meditating for few months I drop off for few months and again start meditating and leave and start....
Road map with checkpoints for Vipassana (Goenkaji's)
Re: Road map with checkpoints for Vipassana (Goenkaji's)
I have no idea what you are talking about.
Just do what you did on the course, regularly.

Everyone is more or less like this.because after meditating for few months I drop off for few months and again start meditating and leave and start....
How good and wonderful are your days,
How true are your ways?

Check out the Buddha's roadmap...

It has been around a bit longer.

You're all correct. Continue practice correctly and you will see for your self. That is a true knowledge that no book or thinking or discussing can provide.
At the same time, The Venerble Mahasi Sayadaw and those of The Venerable Ledi Sayadaw lineage, like Goenkaji, correctly describe the experiences to be had when walking the path as outlined in The Satipatthana Sutta, and that which BrokenBones linked to and the like.
