Are there any Thai-speakers who would be interested in helping to translate Dhamma talks?

Are there any Thai-speakers who would be interested in helping to translate Dhamma talks?

Post by nutmegtree »

In the last year or two I have been working to make available the Dhamma talks of the late Luang Por Boontham, with the generous help of a Thai bhikkhuni for translation. They are, I earnestly believe, of immense value and I would love to be able to make more of them available for others to read. However progress on translation is slow (complicated somewhat by Luang Por's Cambodian accent, and the rather poor quality of the recordings, which were made in the late 1980s and early 1990s.) If anyone on this forum is a fluent Thai speaker with time on their hands, who would be interested in doing a very useful and appreciated service by helping to translate these talks to English (and also advancing your own understanding) I would love to hear from you by private message :)

Some of the talks that have been so far made available (to read in transcription, in English):
