Trilaksana or Tilakkhana?

Post by SarathW »

In Buddhism, the three marks of existence are three characteristics (Pali: tilakkhaṇa; Sanskrit: त्रिलक्षण, trilakṣaṇa) of all existence and beings ...
It appears these two usages have a different meanng.
According to Buddhist teaching, the meaning is different from Sanskrit.
This new interpretation seems to be in line with Ven. Wanaka Abayaratnalakara, but it makes more sense to me.
This video is presented by a 22-year-old schoolboy.

What is the difference between Tilakkhana and Tilaksana?

In Buddhism, nothing.
What is the Uncreated?
Sublime & free, what is that obscured Eternity?
It is the Undying, the Bright, the Isle.
It is an Ocean, a Secret: Reality.
Both life and oblivion, it is Nirvāṇa.

I agree with this too. But since the Sri Lankan Samanera here in this video, according to SarathW, saying that "It appears these two usages have a different meanng.
According to Buddhist teaching, the meaning is different from Sanskrit."

I'm interested to know too, what is the difference...

This 22 years old in the above video thumbnail seems to be the same one as the 16 years old you posted several days ago ... ??

edit: Yes, he is the same. Please See the horizontally flip photos in thumbnails (one in OP & one in the first screenshot of this post). Why 6 years different, just within a few days?
