Balancing family life and the Dhamma, in pursuit of a happy lay life.
Having children is very other cherishing attitude and not much time for self cherishing so I can see how that would be good at the end of people's lives ive heard many say their greatest accomplishment was having kids and then having grandkids and so forth. Yet if ones motivation is pure and you want to develop a non self cherishing attitude you could always volunteer one day a week at non profit charitable organization. I personally would not want children I think there are enough people in the world who are in need of help.
Take care of mindfulness and mindfulness will take care of you.
