Deva realm Buddhists

Hello, from what I can tell, Buddha has devotees among the devas as well as human followers. E.g., Brahmā Sahāmpati.
What do we know about these followers and are there Arahants amongst the devas?

Yes, according to traditional buddhist cosmology. The suddhavasa (pure abodes) are inhabited by anagamis and arahants. Anagamis (non-returners) get reborn there and become arahants during that last final lifetime, attaining final parinibbana from there.

Can there be communication between beings in the human realm and those Arahants in the pure abodes? Can they teach us or help us.

I guess the Buddha was able to communicate or visit or observe this realm as he could tell us about it, and Sahāmpati could read Buddha's thoughts and come and encourage him to teach.

Is it possible for ordinary Buddhists to get guidance or help?

No need in my opinion.
If you study Sutta, you can teach Deva as well.
Another point is Ananada the attendant of Buddha attained Nibbana only after Buddha's parinibbana.
Which means even if you have Buddha now, it is not much help than what we already have in Sutta.
Even Buddha can't teach Nibbna in ordinary language. It is something you have to realise yourself.
