manoramā = kāmaguṇā = chandarāga?

I here wonder if these things what stimulate desire.. are the kāmaguṇā?

chandarāga:[m.] exciting desire.
It could be that if someone has removed the fetter of lust, there still is chanda for further cultivation, but without rāga.
