The left hand should not know what the right hand is doing. You can't accumulate a heap amount of karma by being popular. If people look down on you while you have a heart of gold, this is like the express way to become a karma billionaire.
money is worthless toilet paper • the tongue has no bone (a person might say one thing but it cannot be further from the truth) • you cannot teach a goat math as in you cannot teach the dhamma to a dumb person

You don't have to go out of your way to be unpopular. This kind of writing belongs in fortune cookies.

Cūḷakammavibhaṅga Sutta wrote:“However, brahmin youth, a certain woman or man is not envious; he or she does not envy the gains, influence, honour, respect, and homage given to others. Due to that kamma, on the breakup of the body after death he or she arises in heaven, in a fortunate destination. If not reborn in heaven, if he or she is reborn as a human-being he or she has great influence. This, brahmin youth, is the result of not being envious.
Make sure that your motivations for becoming popular are wholesome.

Why are you people so weird?

The problem with Buddhism is that it doesn't talk a lot about the more practical things like on how to hoard karma for example.

If you wanted to hoard good karma, then Dharma Wheel is your place to go. Prayer Wheels, for example, and Sutras you can put on an altar. Here, putting your faith in rites and rituals is one of the first three of the ten fetters that break when a person becomes a Stream Enterer.
