Names
Re: Names
Maybe if you trace your name back to the original language and find the 'not name' words that created your name - you could use that for translating.

Re: Names
Your name already has a more-or-less direct cognate:
Khara.
Craig literally refers to a geological crag, and it comes from a root meaning "stone" or "hard."
You can go with "Kharo" if you want it to sound a bit more masculine.
I have a funny Irish version of "Kevin" for a name, and it comes out to Kṣemajanas or Khemajana.
Keevin = Caoimhghín = caoimh + ghín
Caoimh is "to do with the hearth"/"kindred"
ghín = genus, as in the Latin word "genus."
What's your last name, if you dare disclose?

What is the Uncreated?
Sublime & free, what is that obscured Eternity?
It is the Undying, the Bright, the Isle.
It is an Ocean, a Secret: Reality.
Both life and oblivion, it is Nirvāṇa.

Re: Names
The "over" in your surname is actually a false friend with the modern English "over." The "over" in your name comes from "ofer," which used to refer to the banks of a river or the beach by a sea.
