Not good enough
Re: How good is the concentration of a Sotapanna?
Please be referred to doctrine as to what the achievements of a sotapanna are said to be and as to what right concentration is said to consist of. From that you may infer that "the concentration of a Sotapanna" must be quite "good" (complying with doctrinal definitions of "good"). Keep in mind that the so called "noble path" is achieved with achievement of "sotapanna" but not before.

My guess would be at least a state of "empty" mind or mental clarity if you like for a time. Not so much "concentration" as samadhi or stillness but enough to see phenomena as not-self. But not at all times though.
At Savatthi. "Monks, eye-consciousness is inconstant, changeable, alterable. Ear-consciousness... Nose-consciousness... Tongue-consciousness... Body-consciousness... Intellect-consciousness is inconstant, changeable, alterable.
"One who knows and sees that these phenomena are this way is called a stream-enterer, steadfast, never again destined for states of woe, headed for self-awakening."

And what is right speech? Abstaining from lying, from divisive speech, from abusive speech, & from idle chatter: This is called right speech.

MN 56 is a great example.
8.1 – (Upali attains stream entry with a sufficient first jhāna, free of 5 hindrances, hearing and thinking while it happened)

It should be intuitive and obvious that in the definition of right samādhi, the Buddha would define first jhāna as the minimum requirement.
