recalling older suggestion, good Brahman David, fellow caretaker here ( viewtopic.php?p=462732#p462732 ), my person would like to encourage you to try to offer your Venerables a proper and seperated dwelling, where they could "organize" themself proper, support each other proper and increase by it sphere for broader confidence and unity.
Again, my person also encourages to display an inviting rather the tolerating attitude, putting the monastics on a place where such is supportive and it would be of course proper to ask your most trusted Theras here, Bhante Pesala, Bhante Dhammanando, to take care of this area and also leave it to the present Sangha to moderate monastics.
It would be also very conductive, if yours, next to lay-mans talk areas, create a specific "Approach the Venerables"- area, with suggested proper conducts where even such as taking refuge and precepts could take place.
May there be awareness that given and proper dwelling for monks with serious regards toward Dhamma-Vinaya is something very rare as well as conditions which would allow to dwell, take a seat.
Of course nothing demanded, yet required condition for the case that real relation to the Gems is desired.

Re: Monastic area
Greetings Johann,
This has been raised as a suggestion before and bhikkhus have advised that it is not required.
To wit, the Ordination and Monastic Life, combined with the personal message function will suffice.
Metta,
Paul.
