BP is a jhāna meditator somewhere in their twenties or thirties.
This is from a private conversation I had with him, that he agreed to share, hoping more people will try to incorporate jhāna into every moment of their life, and using shake and bake exercises daily to prime the body for optimal jhāna.

... and the Buddhas disciples, follow the Ariya-Uposatha, using the 6 Anussatis to gain access, which of course require to go after merits before, rather than wellness, good householder.
